A humanized in vivo model to test novel therapeutic strategies against prostate cancer research

The aims of this project are:

  1. Development of a humanized blood-producing organ bone to establish a partial human immune system within the murine host.

  2. Tissue engineering of humanized primary prostate tumours to encompass the entire cascade of species-specific osteotropic prostate cancer metastasis.
