The Queensland Museum Network holds exclusive license to host the World Science Festival in the Asia Pacific, reinforcing Australia’s position as a knowledge economy and igniting new and challenging discussions in and about Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). The inaugural World Science Festival Brisbane was held in 2016.
In 2017 the World Science Festival Brisbane will once again take science out of the laboratory and into the streets, parks, museums, galleries and performing arts venues of Brisbane and regional Queensland.
