Biography
Thomas completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) in Chinese Medicine in 2016 from Hong Kong Baptist University where he studied the antimelanoma properties of parthenolide. Afterwards, he moved to Australia and started another honours degree at the Queensland University of Technology under the supervision of Dr. Brett Hollier and Dr. Marianna Volpert in 2017. He was awarded the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend (International) and started his PhD research project entitled: ‘Investigating the role of Neuropilin-1 in prostate and breast cancer progression” at QUT under the supervision of Dr. Brett Hollier and Dr. Marianna Volpert in 2018.
